Kate has a wealth of knowledge in Human Resource and employee relations after decades in the field. Formerly employed at Mitsubishi Motors, Ernst & Young Wellington, and the Summerset Group, where she held senior management and general management responsibilities. Kate commenced her consulting while at Ernst & Young, continued in the employment law team at Rudd Watts & Stone, Chapman ER and in her own consulting businesses advising clients around New Zealand. In June 2018 Kate set up Marlborough Employment Solutions NZ, based in Marlborough.
Kate is a member of the Employment Law Institute of New Zealand (ELINZ) and the Institute of Directors.”
